2. What we collect

From the launch-list form on this site:

• Your name
• Your email address
• An optional description of your work
• Your IP address and browser at submission (for spam protection and audit)

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not run third-party analytics on this site.

3. How we use it

To notify you when Focus Session Timer launches and to send a small number of pre-launch updates. No marketing list sharing, no third-party sales.

4. Where it's stored

In our own customer-relationship system, hosted on sovereign infrastructure in Estonia. Backups remain within the same jurisdiction.

5. How long we keep it

Until launch + 12 months. After that, deleted unless you've engaged with launch communications.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

• Access / correction / deletion / portability — email b-systems.enquiries@proton.me with your address.

7. Spam protection

Server-side captcha (no third-party JavaScript). Failures are rejected before any data is recorded.
