Refund Policy

1. Pre-launch

Focus Session Timer is currently in pre-launch. The launch-list sign-up is free; there is nothing to refund.

2. After launch

When the product is generally available, the refund policy specific to the subscription tier you purchase will be presented at checkout. Most subscription products in our portfolio carry a 14-day refund window plus prorated refund of unused time on cancellation; specifics will be in the launch terms.

3. EU consumer rights

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This will apply post-launch.
