Most subscription products in our portfolio carry a 14-day refund window plus prorated refund of unused time on cancellation; specifics will be in the launch terms.
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This will apply post-launch.
